“Seeking My rest and peace requires walking in My ways. From previous studies you were exposed to what scripture says. My rest has several aspects. It is a specific time of rest, and it is also a mindset, a life style, an emotional and spiritual place of peace and refreshing.
It is the sensation of knowing that you are in perfect harmony with Me. It is when you are fulfilling the destiny that I have set before you.
It is the peace and joy experienced, knowing you are cleansed and free from bondage and sin, in a proper relationship with Me.
It is no longer having stress or worries about what you must do or be, resting in a loving and secure relationship with your Father, who loves and cares for you.
It is a time to praise, worship, expressed love, and joy; when we can give love, and receive love. It is when the joy of the Lord is your strength. It is a time free of tribulation. It is when sin and death has been defeated.
Some think that their rest only begins after they occupy heaven. Our rest can begin now, here on earth. My rest is in relationship and intimacy. That rest begins when we become one in mind, heart and purpose.
When we are yoked together, it is as a bride who gives her whole self in every way to her husband. I desire a bride that is totally committed and desiring to share a true heartfelt love. I desire a bride that I can take care of, and give total and complete peace and security, bringing rest for the soul.
My rest is to those willing to be My bride, to not merely be part of My kingdom, but seek and desire intimacy with Me. The closer you draw to me in love, the brighter your light will shine, and the more you will experience My peace that surpasses human understanding, where My glory dwells and you will find rest.”
