INTRODUCTION:
TO UNIQUE BOOKS
The Books written by David L Forbes are unique in the method and process by which they are written. What is meant by this is that the subject matter, title, and content are inspired by a painted prophetic image, which is unraveled and explored, in order to discover its meaning. These painted visual parables come to the artist David Forbes as inspired, prophetic dreams and visions, which are not always understood at first. These painted dreamscapes become a mystery, unraveling their spiritually inspired content. In other words the book covers precede their written content and titled meaning, which is the opposite of the way other authors write a book of their choosing, and select a cover they feel best selects its content. If a painting says a thousand words, why not let spiritually inspired painting become the catalyst, which inspires the written content of the books!
This concept was first expressed in 1972 on my first art brochure:
“After his discovery of the spray mist approach in 1970, Forbes came to the realization that sensitivity is the vital factor in creative art, not just sensitivity to material surroundings of our world, but to the Creator of the material realm.
Thus he concludes that true creativity stems from the open channels to the infinite Creator, which is the Illuminated perception to inner forces. The artistic expression is accomplished through the free release of color, texture and design. A painting becomes a flowing process, which is neither preconceived nor copied. It is bringing forth that which already exists, subdued upon the canvas.”
“Man’s inner drives lead him in search for a refuge of security, serenity and peace of mind. Some seek these through escaping reality, others by discovering it. ‘Dreams and visions are the theme which I have centered my attention.’
Forbes states. ‘Through them our basic drives find varying degrees of release and insight. They may appear as fantasy, but in content dreams convey reality. They may be a temporary mental journey into an idealistic world, or an intrinsically part of man’s mental and spiritual make-up, trying to unleash itself from suppression.”
“In essence dreams appear supernatural. We haven’t the power to suppress them, nor do we have the ability to direct their flow. Not only do they tell of us, but also convey to us. Their content may appear as fantasy, but yet their impact may be prophetic.”
“My purpose and objective in art is to reach beyond the realm of the superficial, to explore and expose the infinite possibilities, or to phrase it in a different way; to be a tool that the creator of the universe may use to express supernatural revelation.”
A parable is a word-picture which uses an image or story to illustrate a truth or lesson. It creates a mini-drama in picture language that describes the reality being illustrated. It shows a likeness between the image of an illustration and the object being portrayed. It defines the unknown by using the known. It helps the listener to discover the deeper meaning and underlying truth of the reality being portrayed.
This is important, to consider what Jesus says about parables: (Matthew 13:10-13) And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do you speak to them in parables (illustration, analogy)?” He answered and said to them, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. For whoever has (Ears to hear what the Spirit says), to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. Therefore I speak to them in parables (illustration, analogy), because seeing they do not see (comprehend spiritual revelation), and hearing they do not hear (what the Spirit of God is saying), nor do they understand.
At the end of 2012, during the Feasts of Tabernacles, the Spirit of God prompted me to complete a book I had started in the later 1990’s. At that time, I was involved with a group called the Prophecy Club, started by Stan Johnson, of which I became the MC in charge of a group which met monthly for Prophetic seminars, given by major authors, and speakers which were exposing cutting edge information related to end times and prophecy. At that time the prophecy club was a major operation which was on radio, television, and had meetings in 50 major cities, of which I was in charge of Boise, Idaho area. Because of my direct connection to these many resources and speakers, I was given a more balanced perspective of end times; which transcends the religious denominational bios.
Even the church I was attending at that time, the leadership told me not to invite anyone from the Church to attend the meetings, which, at that time was attracted large numbers of interested people. I admit that these meetings were not like a church service, but were seminars conveying pertinent information of coming events, which would change the world as we know it. I not only had the full spectrum of books, and videos; but I also became directly involved, through contact with each speaker, and some I got to know more personal. I basically took care of their needs while they were in town, even sharing dinner and communing with then. Many times contact information was shared, and even friendships developed. Amazingly, as I ponder these relationships and connections, I realize that many of them have progressed into major ministries, authors and speakers. I admit that many of these people have contributed greatly to my perspective and understanding related to end times.
Often people look for credentials to determine if a book or author is worth reading, or listening to. As a writer I’m unknown. But as an artist who painted prophetic dreams and visions, I was known, through paintings of visual parables, displaying supernatural influence, now being explained in words. Having ears to hear what the Holy Spirit is saying, and allow Him to lead you into all truth, you will not be lead astray, and become confused by the doctrines of men.
What is the basis of your beliefs, and reality? Is it excepted knowledge from famous personalities, with often flaunt their credentials, or the simple minded, humble servant, showing the way toward life giving intimacy, with the God of all creation? A God who uplifts the humble, and freely gives abundant life to the meek? Knowledge doesn’t bring peace, but living in the Power and love of the Holy Spirit does. All Gods people should be growing in spiritual knowledge, and understanding of the work and ministry of the Holy Spirit.
Christians not walking in the power of Gods Spirit are defenseless against Satan’s manipulation, attacks and detours. Through personal experience, I can testify that there are supernatural principalities and powers, and dark rulers in high places, fallen angles and demons, who are willing, and ready to inhabit your mind, soul, and even possess, and control you. Much of the information in the book will further address these issues, and more.
(John 10:3-5) “To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”
GREAT TRIBULATION IS BEGINNING
The greatest conspiracy to face mankind, and our present survival on the earth is here, which began before humanity existed thousands of years ago. A conspiracy uncovered and discovered in the archives of art artifacts, and ancient texts; which has its roots displayed in the existence of ancient preexistent gods, which came down to earth from the heavens. Some call these ancient gods, aliens, watchers, or even ultra-dimensional exalted masters of the universe. Others call them angelic beings, fallen angels and demons. They possess abilities, which are described as supernatural.
It’s not surprising to see their connections linked to many past and present religions, and occult practices. Some are perceived as being good and others as evil. From the beginning of civilization, ancient Pagan occult practices were being used to appease the gods, in order to gain special favors, powers and abilities to control the environment, people, and civilization, to obtain and control empires, as gods. Those who possessed this secret occult knowledge and powers, forming secret societies, establishing a hierarchy of ancient bloodlines dating back to Nimrod, a Nephilim god ruler, responsible for the building of the tower of Babel, and Babylon. Nimrod was later known as the Sun god, and the father of Paganism. Even now, these hidden ruling elite, after thousands of years are resurfacing, to establish a one world Governmental Empire, as attempted by Nimrod, calling it a New World Order. A World Empire to enslave humanity, and to destroy the world system, as we know it. We are being dragged into the worst Tribulation mankind has ever faced; with world war three, just around the corner. Revelation is being fulfilled, and the big question confronting all of humanity; Are you ready for the coming ‘New World Order, and the great harvest of souls for Christ’s return?
MY PEOPLE ARE DESTROYED BECAUSE OF LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.
The following Information will be shocking to those unaware; what has transpired, and what is yet to come. Our freedoms, liberty, property, privacy are being eroded; while our possessions, financial security, and our jobs are intentionally being outsourced to other nation. Our National wealth, our resources, and monetary system are no longer being protected, while our future financial security is being pilfered. We as a nation are bankrupt; and the working class, taxpaying citizens are responsible to pay the National debt to the elite creditors, and nations, which seek to enslave us. The per-person national debt far exceeds our ability to ever pay it back. We’ve been sold out by corrupt leaders, and political puppets, controlled by the world’s élite. Their plans from the beginning was complete world domination; including confiscation of all property and wealth, all natural resources and human resources, which is human enslavement, perceived as owned chattel. Even now, we’re enslaved as a corporate asset. And if perceived as nonconformists, unproductive chattel, or useless eaters, we as will be culled and destroyed.
The title of the book, and the primary purpose of the book is found in (Revelation 2:25-29) “But hold fast what you have till I come. And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations– ‘He shall rule them with a rod of iron; They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter’s vessels’– as I also have received from My Father; and I will give him the morning star. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches”.
