“Don’t rush the relationships that I have set before you. Wait and let Me refine both you and them. This is ministry that benefits both you and them. You have problem areas and they also have problem areas.
Minister one to another, and be willing to listen and slow to speak. Many times it is the acknowledgement and verbal expression, inspired by My Spirit that releases strongholds and emotional issues.
Words have power. My words spoken through those who are My servants, have great power to accomplish its purpose. Ministering one to another has the greatest impact when the words spoken are anointed by My Spirit.
You may say things which may be based in scripture and the content correct; but the trimming and method of delivery may not be according to My will. Be sensitive to My Spirit to say the right things at the right time.
As you learn to communicate, in these circumstances, you are learning how to minister. It is not important how much you say, but what you say, when you say it, and how you say it. This is what My Spirit must develop in you communication skills.
Also My Spirit must prepare the hearts and minds of those you’re communicating to, so they will receive it. When you communicate in love and compassion, it has the greatest impact of all.
Even hardened hearts will respond to love. Express love in whatever you do or wherever go. People listen to words spoken in love.
