(Deut. 28:2) “You will experience all these blessings if you obey the LORD your God:”
(1) God is good and His mercy endures forever.
(2) Keeping in the realm of God’s blessing.
(Pr. 4:23) “Above all else, guard your heart, for it affects everything you do.”
(Pr. 10:4) “Lazy people are soon poor; hard workers get rich.”
(Pr. 12:24) “Work hard and become a leader; be lazy and become a slave.”
(Pr. 13:4) “Lazy people want much but get little, but those who work hard will prosper and be satisfied.”
(Pr. 21:5) “Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty.”
(Pr. 22:29) “Do you see any truly competent workers? They will serve kings rather than ordinary people.”
(3) The Lords blessing will make you rich:
(Pr. 10:2) “The blessing of the LORD makes a person rich, and he adds no sorrow with it.”
(Eph. 1:3) “How we praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we belong to Christ.”
(4) I am the righteousness of God I Christ, and am blessed because of His grace.
(5) I will act and move like I am the head and not the tail.
(6) I will be a blessing to others around me, and be the salt and light of the world.
(7) I will be blessed in all that I do:
(Deut. 28:3-13) “You will be blessed in your towns and in the country. You will be blessed with many children and productive fields. You will be blessed with fertile herds and flocks. You will be blessed with baskets overflowing with fruit, and with kneading bowls filled with bread. You will be blessed wherever you go, both in coming and in going. “The LORD will conquer your enemies when they attack you. They will attack you from one direction, but they will scatter from you in seven! “The LORD will bless everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. “If you obey the commands of the LORD your God and walk in his ways, the LORD will establish you as his holy people as he solemnly promised to do. Then all the nations of the world will see that you are a people claimed by the LORD, and they will stand in awe of you.
“The LORD will give you an abundance of good things in the land he swore to give your ancestors — many children, numerous livestock, and abundant crops. The LORD will send rain at the proper time from his rich treasury in the heavens to bless all the work you do. You will lend to many nations, but you will never need to borrow from them. If you listen to these commands of the LORD your God and carefully obey them, the LORD will make you the head and not the tail, and you will always have the upper hand.”
