Father, why is it so difficult for me in almost every area of my life. I’m feeling insecure about my finical situation, my relationships and other problems, such as news of coming tribulation, causing mood swings which make me appear and feel sycophantic. What is happening to me? The Lord showed me that this is the season you have entered.
(Dan. 12:10-12) “Many shall be purified, made white, and refined, but the wicked shall do wickedly, and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.
—-Blessed is he who waits and comes to the one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days.” (Refers to end times; The Day of the Lord)
(Zech. 13:9; 14:1-2a) “I will bring the one-third through the fire, will refine them as silver is refined, and test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, and I will answer them. I will say, this is My people; and each one will say, the Lord is my God. Behold, the day of the Lord is coming. And your spoil will be divided in your midst. For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem.” (The coming Middle East war in Ezek. 38 & 39)
Refined: (str.6884 means to melt, refine, test, and purify metal; to prove, smelt, examine, or to try by fire. Impurities are removed from precious metals as gold or silver.
(Ps. 66:7-12) “He rules by His power forever; His eyes observe the nations; do not let the rebellious exalt themselves. O bless our God, you peoples! And make the voice of his praise to be heard, who keeps our soul among the living, and does not allow our feet to be moved.
For you, O God, have tested us; You have refined us as silver is refined. You brought us into the net; You have laid affliction on our backs. You have caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water; but you brought us out to rich fulfillment.
(1 peter 1:3-8) “—According to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance, incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this you greatly rejoice, through now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, whom have not seen you love.”
(Is. 32:3-8) “The eyes of those who see will not be dim, and the ears of those who hear will listen. Also the heart of the rash (str. 4116 means to hurry, promptly, speedily, hasty) will understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stamerers (str. 5926, means stuttering) will be ready to speak plainly. The foolish person will no longer be called generous, nor the miser said to be bountiful; for the foolish person will speak foolishness, and his heart will work iniquity: To practice ungodliness, to utter error against the Lord, to keep the hungry unsatisfied, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail. Also the schemes of the schemer are evil; he devises wicked plans to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaks justice. But a generous man devises generous things, and by generosity he shall stand.”
