Definition of the bride: Hebrew (str. 3618) A complete, (made) perfect; a bride (as if perfect); hence a sons wife-bride, daughter-in-law, spouse who is held back. The perfect ‘Bride of Christ (the called and chosen church / congregation) makes Christ, the son of God complete.
Greek (str. 3565) To veil as a bride, betrothed girl. Veil: (str. 2665) the door screen (to the most Holy Place) in the temple.
