“Like David, who was greatly beloved, I am looking for men and woman who are after My own heart. This doesn’t necessarily mean a duplication of My heart, but it refers more to the desires of your heart, to gain or capture the attention of My heart.
A baby clings closely to his mother, desiring to Brest feed and the nurturing. They are totally dependent to the mother to for food and protection. When there is a need of any kind, they cry out to their mother for her attention, for they are totally dependent on that relationship. That relationship can best be called, a bond of love; because it’s the mother’s unselfish sacrifice of giving love to her helpless baby.
So is it with My love to you. Born again as a new baby, you are totally dependent on Me, to survive. That closeness is how we bond together in love, as I feed you My words, through teaching and instruction. And I protect and care for you in every way. When you need my attention, you can cry out in prayer, and I Am there for you. I desire that close nurturing relationship we share together, bonding us together as one, communing together.
As a baby develops into a child, their growth is in stature and maturity. They learn My teaching and instruction through the refining process of discipline, to discern between good and evil, and right and wrong. For this reason it is extremely important to rise up a child in the way they should go, and when they are old they will not depart from it.
The process of growth takes time to develop and mature. Spiritual growth is no different, and people develop or progress at different rates, depending on their character, personality, desires and choices. In some cases; spiritual maturity is never reached, because of lack of desire, commitment, or discipline. Others mature quickly because of their desire to seek Me with their whole heart, soul and mind.
There are some who never develop a relationship, and live as orphans, without an inheritance. Still others die because they refuse to feed on My word, and starve, by fading away into spiritual death. There are many others who are suckling babies, dependent, self focused, helpless, and unable to be productive in My kingdom. You will know them, by their fruits, and not by what they say.
Many of the professing churches are filled with babies, who are like the waves of the sea, tossed to and fro. They are unstable, spiritually stagnant, stunted growth, with a lack of discipline and an intimate, personal relationship with Me. Their desires are still entrenched in the ways of the world, and spiritually ignorant of My teaching and instructions.
Because of this, they are spiritually weak babies, dependent on others, who pastor and lead them. Though they attend church, their commitment is limited, yet their attendance continues for social reasons. Many of the pastors are young; seminary trained and ordained professional hirelings, with social idealism, without experience and seasoning. They preach feel good sermons to attract members, through positive motivation.
Rather than this, I desire My body of believers’ to be dedicated toward spiritual growth toward maturity, and geared toward the outreach of others, and the reproduction of seasoned spiritual parents and leaders. It is those willing to commit to achieving the fullness of the stature of Christ, to reach those who are perishing.
My present westernized church lacks spiritual fathers and mothers, because of lack of spiritual knowledge and wisdom, personal intimacy, commitment, discipline, accountability, maturity through trials and tribulation, proven with a consistency and faithful track record. It must be someone who teaches through example, and not just words. They must be trustworthy and established in the faith.
Those who seek to meet these requirements; I will establish and ordain them to receive the fullness of that which I have to give to them in its proper season. These will be the spiritual fathers who will lead My end times assault against the powers of darkness, because they are chosen, and can be trusted.
I will also accelerate spiritually those who desire me, my purpose and will, and cause them to mature quickly, not regarding chronological age, to become spiritual parents in Me. As it was with David the Sheppard boy, who killed Goliath the Giant, so also it will be in the latter days harvest. So prepare yourselves to become spiritual parents, for the time is short, and the harvest is great.”
