God knows what you must go through RHEMA WORD (5/ 19/ 09)

“Come let us reason together; for I have chosen you, because from the beginning I knew that you would choose Me. And I also knew what you must go through to be My chosen, and to accomplish my purpose and will, for which you were created.

Many are called, but few are chosen. For Me there is no beginning nor end, and I know the end from the beginning. To be chosen you must choose by you own will, to give Me charge over your life, and give allegiance and commitment toward becoming one with Me in love and purpose.

My chosen will be given dominion over the earth; and My chosen children, will rule and reign with Me in My kingdom. But to rule and reign with me, you must prove yourself worthy; through obedience, dependence, and intimate time spent dwelling in My presence, knowing Me, learning from Me, to developing spiritual maturity and wisdom.

Just because someone claims to be a Christian, and claims to know Me, doesn’t mean that they have a personal relationship with Me. Knowing about Me, is not knowing Me, and I will say to them on judgment day; ‘I never know you’, for if they truly had known and loved Me, they would have kept My commandments.

I am more concerned about desire and commitment than perfection, from those who seek to be My chosen. As My servant David, who made many mistakes, his heart desire was toward intimate relationship with Me, with humility, a repentant heart, and with a desire to do right and please Me.

I am as a parent and loving father to those who are mine. Even though a parent may have love toward a rebellious child; the parent will use discipline on them to promote change. Even though the parent loves the child, they don’t necessarily trust them until they prove themselves trustworthy, with a changed heart and attitude.

Why should a loving and responsible parent trust in their children,  by giving them responsibility to rule over their possessions, and subordinate people, if they reject the parents teaching and instruction, are rebellious, disobedient, greedy and self seeking?

Like the protocol son, who squandered his father’s inheritance, why should his father give to him a second chance to be foolish again? But I am a Father that can see into the intention of the heart, resulting from genuine repentance. I am a God and Father who can redeem your heart and soul, and make you prosper in My kingdom, in spite of previous failures.”
