“I allow circumstances to exist in your life to draw you closer to Me. If this were not so, your natural carnal thoughts would forget about your need to rely on Me daily. You may think that this is manipulation, but it is discipline and teaching to develop our relationship of unity together, and your dependence on Me as a loving Father; with unlimited power and authority to overcome every circumstance.
As I gave Paul My apostle, a thorn in the flesh to keep him humble and dependent on Me. So also, I have given to you and others a thorn in the flesh, as a weakness, and a dependence on Me, so that you may grow into the person you should be.
For many of My people this is required, because of the carnal nature of mankind. Changes in lifestyle to become one with Me is a process of transformation into the fullness of living as a son or daughter in My kingdom, and not living as the world, under the kingdom of darkness.
So consider what scripture says: ‘You are in the world, but not of the world.’ And through Me, you can overcome the world, to be great in My kingdom is when you are able to regain the dominion that was originally given prior to the fall.
So consider trials and tribulations, and obstacles as My means of teaching, training and discipline, so that you may become great in My kingdom. This discipline and training is not punishment, nor something to be considered as bad, but instead it is an instrument or tool which is used for your benefit, to refine you into the fullness and likeness of who I Am.”
