“Don’t let fear and stress consume your thoughts. Sometimes it is self induced; other times it is from demonic messengers, dispersed by the enemy; and sometimes it is other people who deliver a message of fear, stress, depression and negative thoughts.
From these, you must guard your mind and emotions, for they can overwhelm you, and consume your thoughts. This thinking undercuts faith, and opens doors in your life, through which Satan can attack you, and gain dominion over you.
Fear, not only counteracts your faith, but it causes depression, and a lack of incentive and motivation. Fear brings with it an attitude of failure, by feeling helpless, hopeless, overwhelmed, and overcome by negative feelings.
Because of this you look for crouches and vices, attempting to subdue the negative feelings and thoughts. You start letting your emotions and feelings overtake you, so that you lose the vision and hope you have in Me.
Scripture says: ‘consider it a joyous occasion, when you find yourself in trials and tribulation, for through it your faith is being tested and stretched. If you allow yourself to be overcome by difficult situations, you are preventing your faith from growing.
Overcome by difficulty, causes you to become entrapped in bondage by the enemy.
In these circumstances you must guard the words you say, and the things you confess. Instead of negative confession, begin to praise and worship Me, for the work I will be doing in your life, in order to grow your faith in Me.
If you focus on this, the enemy will flee, and your freedom to grow in Me will take place. You will experience joy and peace in the midst of a storm, giving you a vision and a hope. Spiritual warfare can be conducted in this way to bring you victory instead of defeat.
The hope and peace I give is in time of need and difficulty.
Everyone has hope in good times of plenty, and when things are going well. But those who endure and overcome in hard times will become the great ones in My kingdom, who shall rule and reign with Me. So seek the greater calling which I have for you, with a desire to be great in My kingdom.”
