“To walk in My ways, you must willing give up your life for My sake. Giving up your life, means giving up your will, which seeks to gratify your selfish desires and sinful lusts. To take on the life of Christ, with His like-mindedness, is to be a servant of all.
Instead of givers; Americas’ contemporary generations have developed an ‘entitlement mentality’ which has corrupted its thinking, and spiritual perspective. They have become takers and non givers, by expecting others as the rich, or the government to support them.
Because of this, many no longer seek to depend on Me, becoming complacent, without thankfulness, or having the desire to help others. Instead they are depending on exalted man to be their God.
‘Give, and it shall be given back, multiplied and overflowing’; is not just referring to money, but also your life as a giving servant; who is willing to help others in need. To be great in My kingdom, you must be the servant of all.
Nothing in this world is truly yours. When you die, all that you claim title too will be given to others. All you are is a steward or caretaker, while you live on the earth, which I have given you for a season.
Some will say that they are entitled to their possessions, because they worked for them, but I will tell them: ‘who gave you the knowledge, the talent, the ability, the health and the opportunities of your life’.
I have the ability to bless or curse; to give life, and take it away; to prosper or not to prosper. For I control the elements, the environment, and control people’s lives, to do with them as I see fit. Every person is venerable and subject to Me; for I can give, and I can take away.
If you seek to hold on to your life, which is the old and corrupted nature; you will lose abundant life; but if you give up your old life for My sake, you will find abundant life in Me. For this reason, many are called but few are chosen.
If you also seek to hold on to those things, which are a part of your old self centered nature, as possessions; when you can’t let them go, it becomes idolatry. Because everything is mine, the whole earth and all which are within it.
The value of your life is not in your possessions, but in who you are. Who you are is the son of the Most-High God, who created you to become kings and priests, having dominion over the earth. When you give me all, I will be able to give you all.
Those who are closest to Me are those who do not put their faith and trust in their possessions, but in Me. Possessions should not be the pride of your life, instead it should be in our relationship together. For if you seek first My kingdom and righteousness, then everything else will be added unto you.
Give up the stress and fear, and be willing to let go of any and all the possessions, which consumes you; for life, and everything you have are Mine. Let Me guide and control your life, in all that you do. And don’t worry about what might happen, for your life is in My hands, and in accordance with My will.
Remember this, and hold fast to it: ‘For it will become a life style for the end times. And this will be in accordance to My will; to build up character, prepare you and others to live by faith, not by sight. Those who do this will be able to lead others in the ways they should go.
And don’t worry about tomorrow, for I know what you need, ask Me and I will supply all your needs, according to My riches and glory.
