My kingdom requires Humble Meekness RHEMA WORD (08 / 02/ 08)

I was listening to a professing Christian friend give excuses for the sin he had committed, like (I didn’t feel convicted, I didn’t know but —,I’m trying but —) expressing his unsolvable problems as (She made me do it, it’s her fault), and justifying himself by saying; (I’m only human, but at least I’m not a hypocrite). The Lord showed me that he is not unique, but a common example of the anemic condition of many professing Christians, as I once was.

“People lack determination and the will to make decisions, or choices and stick with it until it is accomplished. Those who will succeed in My kingdom will be the humble and the meek, not prideful, by justifying their actions, but humbly accept discipline, repent, and strive toward the goal that I have set before them. These statements are excuses, spurred on by pride.

With Me becoming Lord of their life and dwelling within them, all things can be accomplished. They will not grow spiritually until they realize that they can accomplish all things through the God that strengthens them. They have been accustomed to living as the world that they have already justified their failure, instead of faith believing that they can overcome the sin nature.

Others may present themselves as living the life of faith in Me, but in fact through close observation they are hypocrites living a life of religious self pride, attempting to impress others to exalt them. This is why pride is dangerous and naturalizes faith. Their pride is focused on themselves. That same pride of self exaltation and the pride of justification come from the Devil.

Humility on the other hand, says (I am weak, but my Father in heaven is strong; I can’t, but He can; God in me, is my hope of glory). Meekness is taking glory and exaltation away from yourself and giving it to another.”

It is not me, but it is God working in me in power. I am weak in my own power, but God is all powerful and nothing is impossible. With Him working through me, I have the faith to move mountains, to be righteous, to accomplish all and everything set before me to do. Nothing can stop me, because of whom I am in Christ.

The enemy has no power over me, and no man, organization or government has power over the God of creation living within me. I am more than a conqueror, with Christ who strengthens me. I am blessed, as a son, prince, representative of the all powerful living God. I am blessed and nothing shell defeat me, for I am able to overcome and have victory over every circumstance.
