“When seeking the right person to be your spousal companion to become one with you, you should look at the condition of their heart. Are they self focused, egocentric, greedy, highly opinionated, with an attitude of always being right, or consistently demanding their own way?
Do they think of others, are they considerate, compassionate and reaching out to help those in need? Or does their whole world revolve around only themselves, their desires and wants? Are they charitable givers, with a compassion and desire to serve? In other words, are they Christ like in their thoughts and actions? And do they have the desire to be, and walk in His likeness, and to please Him.
If the future spouse desires to seek first My kingdom, and My righteousness, then everything else will fall into place.
A potential spouse should be willing to unify themselves to another. Not an independent soul, seeking only their own way, desires and wants, but being willing to work in unity for the good of both. Love is more than an emotion, but a choice. The emotions will follow the right choices.
Think in terms of unity which brings joy, peace and fulfillment. To be unified to Me, and to be unified with a spouse is what I desire for you. This will be the hub of power I can work through.”
