Make the Best Choices RHEMA WORD (05/ 19/ 08)

“See, I have given you choices to choose. Not all choices are obvious, as choosing between good and evil and their obvious consequences. Many of life’s decisions are not clear cut, and obviously better than another. But many choices are evaluated as: average, to good, to better, to the best. With these choices, none are bad or wrong, but if you remain sensitive and open to the illumination of My Spirit, you will be able to make the best choice.

Those who you are wandering who or what to choose as, they too are also at the same point of wondering, and having to choose between average up to best. You may not be the best one for them. There are things which you don’t know about them, and things they don’t know about you. But I know who would be the best choice and the most compatible match, for a lasting relationship.

You previous marriages were without My guidance, which eventually lead to marriage problems, and eventually to divorce.  Choosing the right spouse should not be taken lightly. It is much more than friendship, but you should be friends. It is much more than physical attraction, and erotic passion, which is good to have toward a mate. Your best friends tend to be people who you are compatible with, with similar interests, views, thinking and acting in similar ways. Even though these characteristics are good, a good marriage relationship must go further.

As God the Father was with Christ the Son, so also you must be willing to give up your life for another person, called Agape love. There is no room for selfish ambitions. As love is divided into different levels, as: friendship, family, physical passion, and commitment to, and giving selfless love. Agape love becomes manifest, when two people unify themselves together as one, working and living together for the common purpose, and to the benefit the other.

The marriage should be an outward expression of what I intended for love to be, as two incomplete husband and wife merge to be a completed unit, with the two people become one together. Love is more than an emotion, but dedicated commitment to willingly give up selfish desires to please her, and she does the same toward him, so that all loves may grow to its fullness.

Don’t force anything to happen, or try to manipulate, but let Me do My work in your life, and the life of your future spouse, and thing will happen in the way I intended for it to happen. Be of good cheer, and let hope and faith be evident in your life. For I am doing a new thing, and I am doing a good thing.”
