“I have heard your pleading, which shows Me your sincere conviction, which goes beyond casual prayers. When you pray in this way, you are devoting yourself into a deeper dimension in My Spirit, which often requires fasting, which could last for long periods of time, until breakthrough occurs. This requires sacrifice and discipline on your part, which also shows Me sincerity of heart and soul to deprive the flesh of its natural cravings.
If Jesus fasted before starting His ministry, prior to confronting Lucifer’s’ temptations; then you should be willing to do likewise. I hear and honor those who are willing to sacrifice themselves for Me. This becomes an act of complete submission to me, bringing Me much glory.”
