RHEMA WORD (02/07 / 2015) “Humble yourself in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up. And (Romans 11:29) ‘For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.’ When I give prophetic gifts and callings it is for life. And that gift carries with it consequences, of judgment. As you draw close to Me it will become enhanced, but if you stray from Me it will become corrupted. Pride in ones gift or calling can lead toward corruption due to self pride, or pride in ones calling and possession of authority. Some have used it for fame and fortune, and others to flaunt their possession of authority or standing in My kingdom. There pride and ego has corrupted them to believe in themselves, having the authority and right to be judge, be controllers, and lord over others. As with Balaam, the prophet, they will be held accountable for their misuse of their prophetic gifting and actions. My chosen are not to be lords over others, for only I Am Lord. And they are my servants, with my power and authority flowing through them, because they are to lead by example. To be great in My kingdom, you must become the servant of all. Prophetic gifts are not for manipulation and controlling others, and those who do so, will be judged for their actions. And they will be removed from their possessions of authority, unless they repent and turn.”
