This was personal, but also has universal application:
“Let love be the motivating force behind everything you do. And don’t be lead by rash or foolish decisions, or be foolish, making spontaneous decisions, which are based on unwise and foolish decisions and choices.
It is better to slow down, and wait on Me for clear direction. And if there is any uncertainty, always seek Me first, and wait for an answer which is sure. The benefits to having a partner in your life, is because in the presence of others who seek and desire My will, and wisdom can make your choices more sure.
Everyone needs stability, and accountability in your life. Often you and others take chances without adequately considering the potential consequences. Often you can’t see the obstacles, obstructions, negative consequences and dangers. You may be too focused on a hopeful vision of perceived success, but blinded to the negative factors.
The Devil understands the weaknesses of humanity, and sees our particular individual lickings. He and his agents constantly seek to drag your life down into a pit of failure and despair, keeping you from becoming all that you can be. You and others, without realizing it, often set yourself up to fail.
For this reason, you need someone who can help balance out your life: Someone who has a different perspective, and sees things from a different angle.
You may be a visionary dreamer, but often your dreams are beyond your capability of being able to do them, especially if it’s premature, or not fully planned out, or adequately understood. And for a dream to reach reality, even if it is I, your Lord, who gives it. Take time to prepare yourself to be able to accomplish the task and requirements at hand.
A dream is the first step, but there is much more needed that is required to make a dream come true. One of the missing key is; ‘you have not, because you ask not.’ Seek and you will find, knock and the door will open unto you, so that your joy may be full.
Learn to be in unity with others, seek wisdom, and dreams will begin to transpire into reality. But remember that dreams of ministry to help others must be based, not merely in logic or common sense, but in love. Genuine love, not only for Me, but for others. If you desire and seek success in the things you do, let genuine love be the primary motivation to help others and bless them.
