“Commit your life unto Me, and I will direct your path. You have taken an important step acknowledging that you have difficulties changing your life through your own efforts. I understand your acknowledgement, and I know your weakness. It is My Spirit working in and through you that can cause changes to happen.
The change must begin with your awareness of the problems, and then the recognition that you are weak and unable to change your life through your efforts and devices. And when you give up doing it your way, discouraged, realizing your fruitless failures, then give it up, allowing Me to resolve it My way.
I know your future and your destiny, so as the saying goes: ‘Give up and let God.”
The Prayer: ‘Father I give up this problem to you, and I leave it in your hands to refine my life into the image of Christ. I can’t do it in my own effort, but by faith, help me to trust in your faithfulness to change me as you see fit. I am weak, but you are strong. And for You, nothing is impossible.”
