Father, help me to overcome negative thinking, depression, and fear when everything seems to be going wrong, continuing difficulties and tribulation, the future looks bleak, and all my efforts continue to fail. I’m unsure how and what to pray about?
“PRAY THIS: ‘May the power of your Spirit come upon me and indwell my life, so that I may have your power and authority working within me.
And to do the work that you have prepared for me to do. My life has been shallow and ineffective. Because of that, I have accomplished little.
Turn my life around and work through me in power and authority, no longer weak and ineffective, but empowered by the authority of your Spirit working in and through me. And give me daily wisdom to perform the task you have for me to do, and to live as you want me to live.
Not to complain but to prosper in the fullness of what you have for me. And give me peace in the midst of a storm, for You are with me, no matter what happens, you are there to help me, and guide in the way I should go.
My life is totally in Your hands, to do with as you see fit. And no longer my will, but your will be done. Fill my thoughts and my mind with the fullness of who you are. The past is yours, the future is yours, and my destiny is in your hands.
Whatever happens, give me the faith to know you will take me through it, to achieve your purpose, and to make me stronger. Fulfillment of destiny is in submission, and I submit my life to You, trusting that You will show me the way I should go, and give me the wisdom to make right choices, which will have lasting eternal effects.
I am weak, but you are strong, and in you I will place my trust. In You is hope and destiny fulfilled. From this point on I will give You my stress and my fear, and place my trust in you, and what you will guide me to do. give me ears to hear, and eyes to see what you want for me, and those around me.
Forever carry me to the place you want me to be; and to be all that You want me to be, forever yours. All my flaws and my talents, all are Yours to do as you see fit. And bring me into a place of blessing, and bypass the curse.
As a son of the Most High, I am forever yours now, and through eternity. Let freedom come to fulfill my ordained destiny, and give me the strength and power to overcome every dark power and situation which comes against me and fulfillment of Your kingdom rule. For in you is the power, the kingdom and the glory forever. Amen.”
