(Rom. 15:13) “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
God promised to send someone to crush the head of Satan. And Old Testament, numerous prophetesses predict the coming deliverer. New Testament reveals that Jesus Christ is the fulfillment.
Our hope is rooted in the faithfulness and trustworthiness of God; Christ’s return; eternity spent with Him and Father God in our resurrected body. Hope is linked to faith and love.
(Rom. 5:2-5)“Since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance, perseverance, character and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit whom he has given us.”
